This is Angus and Rugby! Two brothers from the same litter, a year and a half old. Fully house trained and vetted. They are perfect compliments to each other. Angus is the brave and curious one; Rugby is the shy and quiet one. They have been great in our home with two young kids and a dog. The owner they came from worked full time so they are also used to being alone together in a quiet space. They have adjusted decently to our crazy home but prefer the nighttime calm. Born May 2020 Anise is a lovely Siamese mix and as sweet as she is pretty. She'll reach out with her paw to get your attention and will encourage you with nuzzles for pets. She can often be found in the arms of one of the kitty cottage volunteers as they do small tasks. Anise enjoys the view from over a shoulder and never fusses to be put down. She is also quite playful. Her favorite pastime is batting and chasing small balls and fluffy toy mice. Anise is patient with people but prefers not to share her space with any other furry friends.

Annabelle (a/k/a Kitten) is a beautiful 1 1/2 year old tortoiseshell kitty with interesting markings. She's very talkative, intelligent, truly precious. She currently lives with a young medium sized dog with whom she frequently snuggles and loves to play. Not a lap cat at this time, Annabelle is extremely affectionate but enjoys being picked up only for short periods. The owner of this lovely cat must relocate to the United Kingdom the end of February and sadly cannot bring Annabelle with her. In good health, like all Pet Rescue cats, Annabelle is up to date with her vaccinations and spayed. We hope to find Annabelle a new home before she must leave her current one.

Born April 2017 Archie is a classic orange tabby boy with an engaging personality. He approaches new people with ease and is always happy for some attention and pets. Archie is gentle but has quite a playful side. He's especially fond of a small stuffed toy mouse. Archie can make quite a game out of carrying it, tossing it and batting it until he plops down with it under his chin and takes a rest. Ares is far and away the most gentle, personable, people-loving cat his current owner has ever owned. He knows his name, comes when he is called, and craves contact with humans. He curls up in his owner's lap in front of the TV, sleeps on his bed, and generally follows him around (inside and outside) when the owner is around. He is an indoor/outdoor cat, but spends most of his time indoors (though he prefers to do his business outside). Born 8/1/2020 This handsome boy was rescued from a hoarding situation and was seeking attention from the moment we met him. Artemis has thrived in his new environment free from a cage. He greets us at the door for a quick hello and pops up on his back legs to reach his food bowl before it reaches the ground. Artemis doesn't have to worry about getting good nutrition consistently now. He has also discovered treats, toys and all the petting he wants. Artemis will often nudge a hand for pets and let you rub him from his head to the tip of his tail. Atlas is a darling white kitten with large tabby patches. Though small in stature, but by all means large in spirit, Atlas charges the door when you walk in and squeaks for a hug until you pick him up. Somehow he knows it's his job to watch over everything, you can imagine him being the last to leave the house before a vacation so he can do the final checking. Atlas much prefers snuggling and purring to playing with toys but he never turns down a game of ribbon.

Autumn - Adoption Pending

Adoption Pending Born October 2021 This petite calico girl is a cuddler. She welcomes being picked up and cradled. Autumn simply loves people. She's not much of a talker but her actions speak volumes and her purr is evidence of her happiness. Autumn will join you in a game or two but she never jumps about or makes a mess. She will thrive in a home where she can receive the attention she deserves.

Ava

Ava, about one-and-a-half years old, was found behind a grocery store trying to fend for herself after being abandoned (she is gentle and loves people so we know she was not a street cat. She has adjusted very quickly to her perch with us and is fine with the other cats. Now that she has been spayed, she is looking for a real home with a person or family.

Ava closely is white with black accents. This little beauty was one of six in her litter (two of her litter mates, Jeffrey and Marty, also remain to be adopted) and a real sweetie. She resides in a loving foster home where she receives great care. All she needs now is a permanent place to call her own.

Ava is a beautiful 10 month old female kitty (as of 9/1/15). She Was being used to breed kittens to sell. This petite kitty is a real little doll. Very sweet, gentle and calm. Ava loves people, cats and dogs. bp

Born: January 2018 This beautiful lady is quiet and reserved. Ava spent her life outdoors and she's learning to trust her new environment and human companions. Her person needs to be patient, understanding and cat savvy. Ava will need to be the only pet in a home without children or dogs. She is definitely worth the effort and you'll be rewarded with her undying devotion. You'll know you're the one when Ava makes her signature move, a combination roll and purr.

Avery

Avery, the brother of Axel who is also featured on our website, is one adorable 5 month old kitty. Found abandoned with his brother and mother, Amber, Avery is now a happy kitty who enjoys a gentle petting, a warm bed and playng with toilet paper. Awesome Twosome

Meet adorable 5 month old sisters. When Pet Rescue volunteers were rescuing dogs from a high kill shelter in Louisiana, they came upon these sweeties who were hours away from euthanasia. Luckily, the girls made it onto the truck up north in search of their forever homes. They are friendly, bubbly, cuddly and playful. Great with dogs too. They need to be adopted as a pair or into a home with another cat. BP

Born: January 2022 Axle is a fun loving young boy that likes to be where the action is. He is curious, friendly and never shies away from a chance for attention and pets. Axle loves to play and will happily occupy himself with any toy available. He is very skilled at tossing a toy mouse and catching it before it hits the floor! Axle gets along with other cats and loves people. He would do best in an active home.
