This very sweet and petite kitten is named Flo. She is a heather gray tiger, with pretty amber/rose-colored tones on her legs. Estimated to be approximately 4 months old, this gentle little peapod was rescued by a Pet Rescue volunteer during one of the recent winter storms, all alone, cold in the snow and feeling under the weather. She was dubbed "Flo" after Florence Nightengale, but it also fits her calm disposition as she really does "go with the flow."
After lots of rest, medication and TLC from the Pet Rescue Clinic and her foster family, Flo is now a spry, happy and healthy little purr bird, who is ready to find her forever home. Aside from her little trills when she purrs, Flo is not a very vocal kitty, and she is a softie when she plays. She is very smart, and knows that if she pushes an empty bowl to the middle of the floor, some human person will put something good in it for her - Yum!
You will be a very good fit for Flo if you want an intuitive, gentle and happy-go-lucky kitten/cat.

Foxie and Moxie, Main Coons mixes – This affectionate brother and sister need to get out of a neglectful home and find a loving one. Indoor and declawed. Recently had all their shots and vet exams. By early April they will have dental exams and cleanings and will be all set for a new owner.
These cats have gentle dispositions and beautiful eyes. They love each other and it would be wonderful if they stay together. They make a gorgeous pair, with their silver fur and beautiful eyes.

Amelia – named after Amelia Earheart, she is an adventurous and sweet gray tabby with beautiful eyes. Amelia can often be found playing quietly after a full day chasing her siblings, exploring nooks and crannies and enjoys looking out the window at the birds.
Petunia – Petunia is a petite little lady who often lays down with her paws crossed. But don’t let her size fool you, she gives her brothers a run for the money. All black, she’s nicknamed Ghost because she is quite and disappears into the background which is a perfect disguise for hunting her toy mouse or sneaking up on her siblings.
North – A sweet little lady with large golden eyes and painted lips, North is a beautiful tuxedo. A bit timid compared to her siblings, she loves to observe and will play quietly off to the side when not running around with her siblings. With a little more time, patience and playtime North will come out of her shell. North would do well in a semi-quite furever home with one of her siblings.

Franky
Franky is as adorable as only a lively and mischievous kitten can be! He is 10 months old, loves to play and that includes playing "fetch". He is a real cuddler and a purr machine. Franky has a luscious black coat and is as handsome as he is delightful.

Fred's Kittens
Fred's kittens are a charming trio, born mid-August 2012, and each one is as cute as a button. The kitties love to be held and petted, and enjoy human company. They are frisky (as only kittens can be), healthy and litter trained. They are getting their first series of kitten shots and will be ready for adoption to a loving family. is a beautiful Holstein, white with scattered cow-like black markings. Freddy spent his first four months outside with only his mother. At eight months old, he's great with other cats and is slowly warming up to people (he likes to be stroked) and life in a house.

Freddy was born into a feral colony on a Yonkers hillside, but the people feeding him realized that with his disability, he really needed to be an indoor cat. The vet thinks the umbilical cord wrapped around his leg and cut off the circulation, but it healed on its own just perfectly. Little Freddy may be a bit shy, but if you pick him up to your chest and cuddle him, you can hear that sweet little purr. We know he has great potential to be a real "mush".

Frida
ADOPTION PENDING In mid -March this all black long haired beautiful cat was seen eating another outside cat’s left over dinner. Initially startled by the opening door, she came right towards the homeowner without hesitation followed by a sweet meow – “thanks”. She came running to the sound of the front door opening, quickly allowing the feeders to pet her and hold her and expressed thanks with very satisfying purrs. She wanted to come inside and be coddled, nap or play. Now named Frida, she is incredibly loving, affectionate and playful. Always brings a smile to our faces. She came to the Kitty Cottage on 4/9 and is just waiting for the perfect adopter.

Friday
Friday is a beautiful kitten (approx. 9 weeks old as of 8/7/18) with long grey fur and a few tabby marks in his face. He can be mellow and playful, and happy to be with his siblings or humans. Two of his siblings (Monday & Tuesday) were adopted recently and Friday wants a home of his own. Two buff colored boys that were born July 2015. Both love to play and get along with other cats. Hans is a snuggler. Loves to find a family member to snuggle up to and will loudly purr. Frosty
Frosty (an adorable, playful male kitten) is part of a litter of 4 kittens who were born (1/22/15) in a window well of an apartment complex in Riverdale. Our dedicated rescuer received a call from a friend who had been hearing kittens crying. She and another tenant rescued the kittens from their snowy hiding place and started bottle feeding. Frosty's siblings are Chilly, Winter and Snowdrop. Frosty is especially bonded to Snowdrop and they need to be adopted together.

Frosty (male) and Snowdrop (female), 14 weeks old as of 5/3/15, are a delightful, bonded pair who take comfort in each other's presence. Born in a window well of an apartment complex in Riverdale in the January snow, these two are playful, sweet, gentle and friendly. They love to be cuddled and held and will bring their owner much joy. They do need to be adopted together.

and his brother Cuddles look exactly alike and are about 5 months old. They were rescued by a kind man who was unable to keep them. They have been living in a home and are very well domesticated.

Fuzzy and Junior are very affectionate and laid back. They spend a lot of time snoozing and are quite playful with each other. Their original owner had to return with his family to his home in India and could not take them with him.
